This idea started with a New Years resolution … “Exercise, eat better, make some changes to feel better both physically and mentally.” Revolutionary right? But as the journey began it was discovered that running was the solution. Have a bad day … go for a run, all is better. Have a difficult problem to solve at work, get some good think time in on a run and you move closer to your solution. Want to get outside and enjoy nature … run. And after the run, it almost feels wrong to eat junk, I find it easy to make better more nutritional choices.
I’m sure I’m not alone on this journey, and as I’ve found at various races I’ve been to … comradery is strong in the running community. This site aims to provide an online place to share, learn, motivate, inspire and help all interested to become better runners.
